Customized Wellness Coaching
Now accepting a limited number of new clients.
As a client, we will follow typical accredited protocols within a variety of coaching options to meet your individual needs.
Before our first session, you will complete provider, assessment, and planning forms to determine which of the 11 dimensions of wellness to focus on.
Our first session will be up to 60 minutes to review this information together and map out your customized wellness journey.
Subsequent weekly 30-minute sessions are customized to your individual wellness journey including wellness development exercises, progress checks.
Package Options
JumpStart - We tailor your wellness journey by reviewing your assessment and begin planning (1-60 minute session) with 3 additional 30-minute sessions. Four sessions total, approximately one month. $249.00.
Explore - We build upon the JumpStart package to bring your wellness vision into a more detailed, step-by-step journey with 8 additional 30-minute sessions. 12 sessions, approximately 3 months total. $649.00.
Enrich - We deepen the Explore package to expand your wellness growth at a pace that feels right for you with 12 additional 30-minute sessions. 24 sessions, approximately 6 months total. $1199.00.
Nurture - We evolve beyond the Enrich package by regularly tending to your wellness journey through an ongoing annual subscription of weekly wellness sessions. 50 sessions per year. $2299.00.
All sessions conducted remotely. You will be provided a link dedicated to your sessions only.
Meta-physical wellness services
Distant Reiki
As a Reiki Master Teacher, I am currently offering distant reiki sessions only.
$30 - 30 minute session
Reiki is a form of energy medicine and a session involves the ancient healing method of laying on of hands that can be accomplished physically or virtually. Through the energy biofield that the practitioner serves, the client actually enables their self-healing. Anyone who can learn has the capability to do this and enable wellness for themselves and others. Imagine a world where everyone can practice self-reiki daily!
In the future I will offer Reiki classes and extended in-person session and package options.
House blessing
Using sage and holy water, I am happy to clear and bless a specific space or entire home. I am happy to teach you as part of the clearing ceremony so that you can do future sessions yourself.
Pricing depends upon size of space/home.
Average size home typically takes a full 60 minutes to complete, $200 includes travel within 40 mile circumference from Libertyville, IL.
